Es ist vollbracht, meine Herzdame und ich haben uns zwei V100 Mandello (1x "S", 1x ohne "S") gekauft. Sie hat ihre Yamaha dafür verkauft und hat noch eine schöne 1000er Indian Scout Classic in ihrer Garage stehen und ich habe noch eine 2018er Triumph Thruxton 1200 und eine 2014er Harley Wide Glide mit dem 103er TwinCam meiner Garage. Seit 1987 fahre ich durchgehend Motorrad und bin irgendwo so um die 700.000km mit den Zweirädern bevorzugt in Südeuropa unterwegs gewesen. Bis ich mir dann 2007 die 1200er GS gekauft habe, war ich tatsächlich eingefleischter "GS-Fan"... Dann nahm die Qualität und Langlebigkeit ab und ich bin dann auf zuverlässige "Alternativ-Marken" umgestiegen. Wir werden die Guzzi´s sowohl für den Alltagsbetrieb als auch für Urlaubsreisen nutzen. 2027 steht ersma Sardinien/Korsika (mal wieder...) auf der Liste. Nun denn, ich freue mich auf regen Informationsaustausch. Schöne Grüße aus Ober- und Unterfranken. Mit den Damen vom Comer See habt ihr eine gute Wahl getroffen - egal ob mit oder ohne S. Vielleicht trifft man sich ja mal beim nächsten Franken-Bayern-Treffen in Pappenheim (11. Oktober oder so - einfach mal suchen). Da gibt es auch einen informellen V100-Stammtisch. Als dann: Viele gute und kaltverformungsfreie Kilometer, Gruß aus Oberbayern, Volker (Reiner: Du bist heute schneller gewesen und hast noch vor mir geantwortet. Ich bin beeindruckt!)
